What is A Joint Venture?

A joint venture is merely two or more parties seeking to work together to leverage their assets and in the process all benefit financially and/or intellectually.

What if I don't have any product (ebook or software) ?

If you don't have your own product or service, you can still joint venture with others. You just need to examine what valuable and under-utilized assets you have. These could be your contacts and/or your opt-in list/ezine membership list, who are ideal for and to potential JV partners.

OLIN'S Philosophy Regarding Joint Ventures:

We're not altogether sure as to how other folks set-up their joint ventures; however, we wishing to give some direction to those wanting to partner with us, offer this brief explanation. We as a company as a whole are not only receptive to comments and suggestions but also to joint venture partnerships that truly benefit all parties involved. Too many forget 'the customer' is to be, or at least should be in our opinion, involved in the equation of 'joint ventures'. A all new, lastest greatest, end all to be all, 'super duper' product must offer something of value to 'the customer', otherwise we will respectfully decline and continue to look elsewhere. The group of those selling, or attempting to sell, nothing more than rehashed, e-trash is well represented.We want not to, and need not contribute to this ever growing group. One keeping this in mind will find that they are 'more-than-half-way-home' and will soon be compensated according to the amount of beneficial value built-in and given to 'the customer'.

Please use the following form to detail your proposal of joint venture with us. Be as detailed as you feel comfortable being. Highlight not only how you wish for us to participate but also a decent description of your product and target audience. Please submit your proposal only if there are no other pending proposals with other publishing companys. It is deflating, to say the least, to spend time and planning on a product to have it yanked out and given to another company mid-stream. Please submit only products and proposals that are completely yours; i.e. that belong to you or were created by you completely. Do not submit copyrighted material that belongs to another. Only submit product, ideas and proposals that are your property. When submitting please allow us seven (7) business days to process your proposal. If you do not hear back from us within this time frame, please re-submit. This would point to a software or hardware breakdown and not a lack of concern on our part. Thank you for your proposal and please do not hesitate to submit even what others would deem "frivolous", we will be the judge of that ! All offers will be given the same detailed overview and consideration.
