We believe that no one should ever feel strange contacting our Gifting & Endowment Allocation Program or as we refer to it as the 'GEAP' department. We truly understand what it means and how it feels to be 'down and out' temporarily due to some hardship or special situation. We want to be of assistance rather than to repel customers with special needs as most others do. You should never hesitate to contact any of our customer service departments here at OLIN'S. On the following form we ask that you would please detail what the current problem is and how we may be of service. So that you will understand and to also help you through this process we have furnished three of the most popular examples.

1) Need some form of a payment schedule. Break the stated price into smaller more manageable amount(s)/payment(s). Some schedule is suggested and given by customer.2) Need to reduce the stated price. A hardship is explained and a reduced selling price is suggested by customer. 3) Need a one-time special selling price or total grant for another person or group(for profit and/or non-profit). A brief explanation of hardship is described as well as how a reduction or a grant would be most fitting for this suggested person or group.

These are the three most popular hardships we recieve. However, we understand that hardships do come in a variety of forms. Therefore we are open to more than the types listed and encourage you to,state your case. Please use the following form to detail, as much as possible, what your hardship is and what method of allocation you feel would work the best and why. We do kindly ask that you give us seven (7) business days to work your hardship allocation request. If you do not hear back from us within this time frame please re-submit the form. Understand that this would point to a problem with either hardware or software and most certainly not a lack of concern on our part. Do not become discouraged. Hardships seem to come in bunches. Where as we may go weeks without a request, then all of a sudden we get hit with five or six at the same time. We will process all requests in the order we received them and prayfully consider the best way we may be able to help.

All e-mail sent from this site, will be 'time and date' stamped along with your IP address, for obvious security reasons. Live customer service operators can not and will not process hardship requests. All requests must be submitted on the following form and wait the necessary time for processing. Please understand, not all requests will be granted an allocation of our gifting.
